Returns / Exchanges / Refunds
- You must contact us at Contact@SwankySkins.com within 7 days of receiving your item
- The returned item must be unused and in the same new condition as you received it. We will not issue a refund or exchange for any used/worn/damaged items that we receive.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will gladly exchange it for another item. If you would like a refund, we will promptly inspect your returned item when it’s received. We will contact you to let you know our decision if a refund is approved or denied.
- You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item, unless it’s a quality issue on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping courier when sending us your returned item. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return.
- Depending on where you live, it may take time for us to receive your returned item. Please allow us time to receive and process your return. We will contact you when we receive your package.
- Unfortunately, any customized orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds
