What are your shipping fees?

Nothing. We ship all orders using expedited shipping from various couriers worldwide. Doesn’t matter where you live, shipping is on us.

How long does it take to receive my order once it has been shipped?

Please allow up to 15 business days depending on where you live. Remote areas of the world may take a little longer. We will email you a tracking number with your shipping confirmation when your order is on its way.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses?

For security reasons, we do not currently ship to APO/FPO addresses. We do ship to P.O. boxes.

Is ordering off your site safe?

ABSOLUTELY! Our customers’ privacy is extremely important to us so we added an encrypted 128-bit Secure Socket Layer which makes every transaction processed through our site completely safe and secure.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

When your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online. Please allow 48 to 72 hours after your order is shipped to receive the confirmation.


How do I change or cancel my order?

If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.

What are my payment options?

We accept Shopify Pay, Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
